I'm not sure how many of you are members of/familiar with the group #GothamArtistsGuild (https://www.deviantart.com/gothamartistsguild), but I felt I should bring to your attention certain blatantly homophobic behavior by the group's administrators. First, from the group's rules (bolding mine, capslock theirs): We will NOT accept: BATMAN OR OTHER CHARACTERS OF SAME SEX KISSING EACH OTHER. Stay true to the character. --Anything with nudity.(breasts exposed) --Anything pornographic. (goes without saying) --Anything with heavy violence. Such as large amounts of blood, brutality, etc. --Fan fiction must be in English or a version sent to us in English so we can read it first. ---A

(About comic books and other things of little consequence. Updated sporadically.) Tim Drake is my least favorite Robin. I find his portrayal in canon uncompelling and his ukefication in fanon annoying as hell. Jason Todd is my favorite Robin, and he has every right to hate his family over the way they've treated him. The Joker is my least favorite villain. He's overused and overrated, and I hate the fandom glamorization/idealization of his relationship with Harley Quinn, because the man is a mass murdering psychopath. This goes double for all you idiots who write Joker/OC fic. Grant Morrison is a moron who can't do decent characterization
